Emily began her career in advertising as a Strategic Planner, working on many top brands under General Mills and Procter & Gamble, as well as DeBeers, where she led research for all major brand initiatives and developed strategies for multiple launches. She started her career at D’Arcy, followed by Saatchi & Saatchi and JWT. Her years as a Strategist, combined with an entrepreneurial spirit, inspired her to form Red Antler in order to directly apply consumer insights and brand positioning to business growth. Emily graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard University, where she studied postmodern theory and consumer culture. Born and raised in New York, she lives in Boerum Hill with her partner and dog Sprout.
An accomplished sculptor, Simon has 14 years of experience in advertising and branding, including work for Target, Sony, Tommy Hilfiger, Citibank, Royal New Zealand Ballet, and Amnesty International. Before Red Antler, Simon was a co-founder of Team ProAm, growing the business for seven years. This followed a two year stint as Senior Designer with Kirshenbaum, Bond & Partners, NY. Simon holds a BFA Honors in Sculpture from Canterbury University. A New Zealand native, Simon lives in Cobble Hill with his wife and two sons, and plays a mean game of tennis.
JB started his career at Saatchi & Saatchi, working for clients such as Procter & Gamble, General Mills, and the award winning international launch of Air Tahiti Nui. An entrepreneur at heart, he left Saatchi to open the New York office of Consortium, a New Zealand ad agency. In August 2007, JB founded Red Antler, where he works with clients on brand positioning, user experience, business strategy and marketing. JB has a Bachelors degree in Business, Magna Cum Laude, from Cornell University. He is an advisor and board member to several startups, and serves on the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Council. A Philadelphia native, he currently lives in Vinegar Hill with his wife, his dog Brodie, and a vintage BMW motorcycle.
Jaime built her career working in advertising, at agencies large and small, from Ogilvy NY to Heat SF. She brings perspective from both client services and content production having led account and production teams to make award-winning work for clients including Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Adidas, AOL, IBM, Reebok and more. She's a startup enthusiast, helping innovative companies with big ideas launch their brands and tell their disruptive stories. Jaime has a Bachelors degree in Marketing and International Business from New York University's Stern school of business. Jaime is a New York native, who transplanted in San Francisco over nine years ago.
