Here at Red Antler, we wholeheartedly embrace the phrase, “brand early, not often.” Now, as we embark on an exciting new partnership with AccelFoods, we’ve adopted, “brand early, eat often.”

As self-proclaimed foodies, you can imagine our delight at the opportunity to work with AccelFoods, an accelerator that provides access to funding, operations support, corporate partners, and countless services that help companies grow successfully. As mentors to the program’s first class, Red Antler will teach the the pillars of branding and consult on the development of each team’s brand to date. The four lucky companies enrolled in the 6-month experience are Exo (insect-based protein bars), Jaali Bean (lentil-based sides and whole spice soup kits), KOLAT (alternative nut butter spreads) and Whynatte (coffee beverage mixer).

With so much food-related experience (quite literally) under our belts -including Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken, Tasting Table, and GRK- we can’t wait to roll up our sleeves and share our thoughts on what it takes to create an appetizing brand.
