Insurance is a pain point for everyone, especially rapidly growing businesses. They end up stuck in policies they’ve outgrown, overpaying for things they don’t need, and uninsured for things they do. Embroker set out to change this with an easy-to-navigate insurance platform that rises above traditional brokerage offerings, and needed to make it known that they were a partner businesses could count on. We humanized the technology and put companionship at the forefront with Embroker’s canine mascot, Shotwell. We built a brand that was approachable and rooted in trust—one customers knew had their back, no matter what.
