Daydream set out to solve the most persistent problem in online shopping: the endless scroll. Despite decades of innovation, searching for fashion still feels like disconnected, impersonal, and far from intuitive.

Founded by Julie Bornstein, the e-commerce powerhouse behind Stitch Fix and Sephora’s digital growth, Daydream is a chat-based AI shopping platform that flips the model. Instead of asking shoppers to do the lion’s share of the work, Daydream invites users to “say more” about what they’re looking for, leveraging the latest in AI to deeply understand users, richly represent products, and intelligently matchmake between the two.

We built a brand that mirrors the experience: responsive, conversational, dreamy, and full of possibility. “Say More” became both the platform idea and product interface, brought to life through a chat bubble-inspired logo, intuitive UI, and expressive visual system that makes room for style and imagination. From the brand identity to launch content and an AI-assisted art direction toolkit, every touchpoint was crafted to feel like the beginning of a really good conversation—the kind that ends with “that’s exactly what I was looking for.

The concept of 'Say More' expresses the way Daydream is built to connect with each shopper and reimagine search and discovery to be a chat based shopping experience that is truly a two way conversation.
