The situation

For the growing class of nomadic millennials, investing in a sofa means deciding between cheap and flimsy, or expensive and needs-a-team-of-professionals-to-assemble. Burrow founders Stephen Kuhl and Kabeer Chopra set out to create a couch without compromise - one that’s easy to assemble, looks good in your apartment, and (probably) costs less than your monthly rent.

The solution

We worked with Burrow from day one, naming the brand, designing their logo, identity, website and user experience. Then, to help bring Burrow into living rooms everywhere, we launched a massive integrated campaign across TV, out-of-home, subway, interactive storefronts, and online video that celebrated what Burrow couches are perfect for… doing absolutely nothing. This leisurely message really resonated: In a post-transaction survey, 60% of people attributed their purchase of a Burrow sofa to the campaign.
