To help Petlibro stand out in a crowded, copycat-filled category, we transformed a beloved product into an emotionally rich brand. We built a design-led identity that feels as considered as the homes it lives in—elevated, intuitive, and grounded in the emotional bond between pets and people. From strategy to visual identity to packaging, our work positioned Petlibro as the go-to for products that seamlessly and beautifully harmonize the needs of pets and the people who love them.
With the new brand platform in place, we launched two campaigns to scale awareness and introduce innovation. The first—the brand’s inaugural awareness effort—tapped into the sonic rhythm of daily life with pets: kibble clinks, collar jingles, soft purrs. The second introduced the Scout Smart Camera, using playful UGC and product-forward storytelling to show how Scout helps pet parents stay close, even from afar. Both campaigns reinforce Petlibro’s commitment to design that deepens the bond between pets and people.
